The scope of pharmacy practice includes more traditional roles such as compounding and dispensing of medications, and it also includes more modern services related to health care, including clinical services, reviewing medications for safety and efficacy, and providing drug information.
For admission to the Pharmacy courses, student must have passed class 12th with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics/Biology. Students have to secure a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination.

M.Pharm. Pharmaceutics is a full-time 2-year long postgraduate course the eligibility for which is a graduation degree in B.Pharm. program with a minimum of 50% marks from any recognized university or institute equivalent to university.
