Tvildiani Medical University is a university established in 1989. 
Presently there are about 400 to 500 students. This University ranks 22 in Georgia and
9771 in the world. It is considered one of the best medical universities in the world. The
duration of the MBBS course is six years. The course includes five years of academic
studies and one year of internship course. The classes generally begin in late September
